I have seriously been neglecting this thing....sorry. It's not like I am not on the computer, I spend about 3 hours a day on here! But I have to admit that I am hooked on playing Pogo games again and that is taking up all the time that I used to read scrapbooking message boards and blog. It seems that my blog reading has become as boring as my own blog. I guess it is just the time of the year, everyone is getting back into "not the holidays mode".
I had alot of fun making this premade scrapbook layout that is on ebay ( Snow Day ). I have a thing for snowmen and once or twice a year in January I will make a layout with snowmen. The tear bears are just plus on this layout, I really like the snowmen and snow covered trees. I did some heat embossing with white powder to get the effect of snow glistening and I really think it worked. I tried Stickles glitter and it just didn't have the same effect as the white embossing. And I think the red thread just really brought all the elements together. The only thing about this type of layout is there isn't much space for photos...huhm...are we supposed to put photos on this layout. LOL!
