TUTU Cute should be the title on this dance premade scrapbook layout, not Tiny Dancer!Tear Bear Ballerinas are my latest fun embellishment that I am enjoying making. I only had to make bears for 11 premade 2 page layouts....that is alot of tear bears! LOL
Their ballet slippers and the top of the dress are thin chipboard covered with cardstock. The bottom part of the dress, the tutu, is sheer fabric lace.
