I love to scrapbook, make altered home decor items and create dimensional and paper pieced scrapbook embellishments, especially handmade paper tear bears. If you are looking for 2 page scrapbook layout ideas, I have them labeled by theme. Look in the right column under LABELS and click on the theme you want to see.

Altered Heidi Swapp Calendar
This is the Heidi Swapp Calendar that I altered for this month. The only things that comes printed on the pages are the month ( I covered over it with a silver chipboard library plate), the squares for the days (it comes with number stickers that I can't seem to get to stick) and along the top she has the days of the week except it starts with a Monday...don't confuse me anymore than I already am, my week starts with Sunday. So I printed out the days of the week with my old trusty Dymo Label machine and red tape and changed the days of the week to start with Sunday and end on Saturday. The silver library plate is made by Heidi Swapp as well as the white rub-ons, red bling heart and pink stickers. I'm not a big rub on user, these went on well but you can see where the red cardstock kind of shows through the cracks that are in the white letters....huhm probably wouldn't purchase any more. The red hearts and wings are die-cuts made with the Quickutz Tattoo Art die...just love it!! Oh and the big red blings that are on the silver name plate are just some I had in my old stash of craft items. The numbers are stamped with red Staz-On ink using Close to My Heart ( CTMH ) numbers, can't remember what the name of them are. I stayed up way too late last night working on this and I finally finished altering my pink Heidi Swapp Clock. I will add that later...got to get ready to go for a "top-less" ride to the beach out to eat with hubby. No silly, not me, the car is top-less, get it?...hahahaha
